COVID-19 Policy for Orchestra Members, Conductors, Soloists and Staff


All Strings, Percussion, Conductors, Soloists, and Support Staff

  • Must show proof of vaccination*

  • Must wear mask at all times while on MassBay property



Winds and Brass

​

  • Must show proof of vaccination*

  • Masks are to be worn when not playing/resting and on MassBay property

  • Trumpets and trombones to wear bell covers

  • All woodwinds and brass should be judicious when clearing condensation

  • Drain onto towels, avoid spraying

  • Blow towards the ground when clearing tone holes


Applies To All WSO Members

  • Avoid congregating in large groups when on break, not playing

  • Masks are to be worn at all times on break

  • HVAC System to be on at all times and stage and hall doors will be open

  • Err on the side of caution and do not come to rehearsal if feeling sick

  • If you test positive for COVID-19 you need to inform Orchestra Manager (and not show up to rehearsal!)
